SoftSol Resources Inc. has openings for Technical Lead (TL032010). Candidate will provide technical expertise in terms of software usage, functionality, performance, aesthetics, resilience, reuse, comprehensibility, economic and technological tradeoffs. Use programming languages to code computer instructions from the systems documentation. Utilize any special programming techniques necessary to achieve the most effective program. Test and debug computer programs. Review codes. Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs. Advise and work with users to resolve specific problems or make changes in programs, computer applications, capabilities, alternative programming approaches, limitations, etc.

Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any) or related field with Technical skills in any one of the following Oracle applications/Java/J2EE/JSP/DB2. 5 years of relevant experience required in software architecture, software development and software testing. Travel/relocation may be required.
