| Srini Madala – Chairman
Srini is the founder, chairman, and CEO of SoftSol. Since our inception in 1993, SoftSol has shown steady, consistent and profitable growth. Under Srini’s leadership, SoftSol has been named one of the fastest growing companies in America by Inc. Magazine three years in a row. The San Francisco Business Times has ranked SoftSol as among the top 50 privately held companies in the Bay area.
Prior to founding SoftSol, Srini had worked with Premier Automobiles India, Tata Burroughs, Unisys, Peta Software and Pacific Bell. Srini has a B.S. in engineering from National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India and an M.S. in Industrial engineering from National Institute of Training in Industrial engineering, Mumbai, India.

| Kris Yalavarthy – V.P., Operations
Kris has played a leadership role at SoftSol for the past 11 years. He oversees strategic and tactical planning, strategic alliances, contract management, fiscal accountability and oversight of programs with specific emphasis on offsite and onsite projects.
Prior to joining SoftSol he has 20 years experience in the Insurance and Defense industries. Kris has a B.S. in law, and a M.S. in management from Osmania University, Hyderabad (India). |
| D. Damodar Reddy – V.P., India Operations and Delivery
Damodar has more than 23 years of management experience in the IT, auto, and aircraft manufacturing industries. As V.P. of our India operations, he is responsible for offshore delivery, capacity growth, and process initiatives.
He joined SoftSol India in 2004 and has played key leadership roles in building our global delivery platform, spearheading new solutions and championing advanced process initiatives.
Prior to joining SoftSol, Damodar was General Manager of Raasi Enterprise Solutions Limited, India. He earned his B.S. degree in Mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technology in Warangal, India, and his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Kumar Talluri – V.P., Public Sector Business
Kumar has been with SoftSol for more than a decade. He has managed various departments including recruitment, marketing, sales and is currently in charge of building and managing government accounts.
Prior to joining SoftSol, Kumar worked for an international firm managing and selling consumer durable products. Kumar has a B.S. in commerce from Osmania University, India, and a post graduate diploma in software engineering from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, India.

R.K. Ghanta – V.P., Finance and Personnel
R.K. has managed the diverse functions of accounting, personnel, finance, procurement, and contract oversight since joining SoftSol in 2000. Prior to SoftSol, R.K. had senior administrative roles in the construction and manufacturing industries. R.K. has a B.S. in engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India.
