| Srini Madala – Chairman
Srini is the founder, chairman, and CEO of SoftSol. Since our inception in 1993, SoftSol has shown steady, consistent and profitable growth. Under Srini's leadership, SoftSol has been named one of the fastest growing companies in America by Inc. Magazine three years in a row. The San Francisco Business Times has ranked SoftSol as among the top 50 privately held companies in the Bay area.
Prior to founding SoftSol, Srini had worked with Premier Automobiles India, Tata Burroughs, Unisys, Peta Software and Pacific Bell. Srini has a B.S. in engineering from National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India and an M.S. in Industrial engineering from National Institute of Training in Industrial engineering, Mumbai, India.

Shanker Trivedi
Shanker is the V.P. and Chief Marketing Officer for Callidus in San Jose, Calif. Prior to that, Shanker worked at Sun Microsystems as its V.P. of Datacenter Solutions from 2003 to 2005. In 2001, he worked as V.P. for marketing of the Global Sales Organization of Sun. From 1998 to 2001, he led Sun's business in the United Kingdom and Ireland as V.P. and managing director.
He was Sun's U.K. business partner and sales director from 1997 to 1998, and also U.K. marketing director from 1996 to 1997. In 1995 to 1996, prior to joining Sun, Shanker worked as the marketing director for IBM, Ltd. Again in 1988 to 1995, he took up a variety of marketing and business management roles at ICL (Fujitsu) Ltd. U.K. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, and an M.S. from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi. |
Dr. T. Hanuman Choudhary
Dr. Choudhary was the founding chairman and managing director of Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL), Advisor to TCS, IT advisor to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, and Director of the Center of Telecom Management and Studies (CTMS). Currently he is Chairman of Pragna Bharthi of Andhra Pradesh. He has held senior positions at All India Radio (AIR), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (1952-1957) and at the department of Telecommunication (DOT) (formerly posts and Telegraphs or P & T) from 1956 to 1987.
He left government service in November 1989 and held executive and managerial posts in several states of India and was a Director General in the DOT. He was Governor of the INTELSAT in the Washington and Executive Councilor of the INMARSAT, London. He worked as a Senior Expert of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) in Guyana (1985) and as ITU's Team Leader of an international group of telecom experts in Yemen (1990-91). He traveled extensively in over 40 countries as India's delegate to international conferences, as an invited Speaker and Panelist in several International Conferences and Seminars including Telecom'87, 91 and 95 in Geneva for the ITU, for Asia Telecom in 1992 and 96 in Singapore, and Global Knowledge Conference in Toronto in 1996 and the annual conferences of the Pacific Telecom community since 1994.

M. Bhaskar Rao
Bhaskar is the Director of SoftSol India Limited, a public company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. He has been instrumental in building SoftSol’s India team, their facilities, and infrastructure.
